Reporting to the Governing Council, the Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the Association, driving growth, strengthening institutional capacity, resource mobilization, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 7 years' senior leadership experience

Highlights & Contract
Programme Manager
Join TAWCA as a Programme Manager to assist the Executive Director with planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and initiatives. This is a key role working with teams to implement strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable
- 2+ years experience in program management
- Strong financial management knowledge
- Fluency in English and Kiswahili

- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with TAWCA's mission
- Lead planning and evaluation of programs
- Monitor budgets and timelines
- Design new projects and develop proposals
