The Executive Committee oversees strategic planning, operational execution, financial management, governance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Provides independent oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management, comprising 4 members with expertise in auditing and finance.

Supports the Governing Council in overseeing financial management, resource mobilization, and sustainability strategies with expertise in finance, accounting, and fundraising.

Responsible for organizing events, enhancing member engagement, and growing TAWCA's membership base while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
